Haim and Lisa have turned their vision into one of Leeds' top Hair Studios.

Drawing on their own vast experience from other top salons and a loyal following from their own clientèle, they now run one of the most stylish and popular hair salons in Leeds.

Boasting a handpicked team of the city's most established stylists, they warmly invite you to come along and sample the atmosphere, comfort and of course, amazing haircuts!

Haim Ruhan

Haim is known for his outstanding styling, creativity and professionalism within all aspects of hairdressing.

He trained and worked internationally before arriving in Leeds in 2002, where he quickly became a popular choice for impressive cuts and colouring in the city of Leeds.

He has owned salons abroad for 12 years and has worked on many prestigious glamour fashion shoots and events.

Lisa-Marie Puente

Lisa has worked at many of the top Leeds salons and has participated in many competitions, being a finalist at the L'Oreal Colour Trophy. She specializes in wedding hair and colouring. She is pleased to offer wedding packages at a choice of your location.

"I've been in Leeds for 10 years working as a Style Director and have had the chance to meet the most amazing people all over the UK. I opened Ego in February 2008 along with Haim and haven't looked back since."

Mary

Mary's hobbies are going out & getting drunk, horse riding & poi poi. Mary has been hairdressing for 3 years at another top Leeds Salon.

She loves colouring and is another of our latestest additions to Ego Hair Studio. Welcome Mary.

Benn

Benn has been a stylist for the past 5 years and works to a high standard. He puts a lot of time and attention into understanding his client's needs or concerns.

"I've taken part in international competitions under my own steam. I love to party, meet people and get on with a groove. I love life and live it to the full" he says.

Nina Carmen Lopez

"I have over ten years experience working in the hairdressing industry. From the age of fourteen, my passion has been hairdressing, working alongside many inspiring talents in Leeds".

"Previously a stylist at West Row, I continue to enrich my skills and widen my knowledge of the industry".

"I specialize in cutting and colour correction and constantly aspire to broaden my experience and understanding of the industry in all aspects relating to both male and female hairdressing".

Heather

"I've been a stylist for 8 years. I trained with an international hairdressing company, where I gained extensive knowledge through competitions, fashion shows and photo shoots alongside my position as Style Director".

"I have an open minded approach and work with the client to create a style, be it cutting edge, classic or anything in between".

"My continuing involvement in competitions and photo shoots is supported by my recent training as a make up artist".

Frankie

Frankie has been hairdressing for 14yrs after training at a major hairdressing establishment in Chapel Allerton. From 2000-2004 she took part in Salon International (Tigi stand) and did three years of stage work at Clothes Show Live. She was a finalist at the L'Oreal Colour Trophy Next Generation Awards twice and has done various shows as part of an art team at Newcastle and Manchester for Tigi and the NHF.

Frankie enjoys all aspects of hairdressing including restyles, show work, charity fashion events and specialises in hair ups and wedding hair. Frankie helps the Salon Assistants by training them on a weekly basis with her passionate and encouragement towards training. She would like to see the Assistants move forward and become amazing hairdressers one day, as she is!

Rachael

Rachael White has recently joined the Ego hair team after relocating to Leeds from her home town, Derby, earlier this year. Rachael appeared in Channel 4's Big Brother in Summer 2010 and in many national publications since.

Rachael has many years of hairdressing experience and is also a fully qualified Assessor. As well as constantly training, learning and expanding her hairdressing skills and knowledge, Rachael was a finalist at the Clothes Show Live Young Hair Dresser of the Year in 2009, nationwide and against some of the most well known and best young British hairdressers. Her work has also been featured on the Hairdressers Journal website.

Linda

"I've built up a career spanning over 12 yrs within the industry. My career started at the age of 16 - it soon became a great passion and I went on to retrain at Tony and Guy where I specialized in unisex cutting. I also took on the sole responsibility for fashion shows and photographic shoots".

"I moved on to join West Row and was Assistant Manager, training staff within the salon. I also took on advanced training in colouring, cutting and hair ups. I'm now pleased to be part of the team at Ego. I love my job and enjoy taking on any challenge I'm presented with".

Paige

Paige’s work is fresh and dynamic. She has had the opportunity to work in a number of leading salons in Leeds, specializing in cut and colouring.

Whilst completing her advanced hairdressing qualification, Paige won the title of outstanding student. Friendly and open, she will deliver on all aspects.
